The Water Diet is where you drink at least 2 liters of water a day. It may sound like a simple diet method but comes with a diuretic effect beneficial to your health such as improving blood circulation smoother transition into natural detox.

  • As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
  • Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes
  • After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal..
  • After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
  • Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.

    How I prevent myself from forgetting to drink water

    1. Place water bottle all around you. Example: Sitting hall, Working table, Coffee Table, Bed, Car, etc. It works because sometimes you just lazy to drink just because the water dispenser is far away from you
    2. Remind yourself to drink water every hour. Eventually it will become a habit.
    3. Drink water before, during and after exercise
    4. Drink water before lunch, dinner
    5. Drink water half hour before bed
    6. Immediately drink water once you woke up
