How I prevent myself from forgetting to drink water
- Place water bottle all around you. Example: Sitting hall, Working table, Coffee Table, Bed, Car, etc. It works because sometimes you just lazy to drink just because the water dispenser is far away from you
- Remind yourself to drink water every hour. Eventually it will become a habit.
- Drink water before, during and after exercise
- Drink water before lunch, dinner
- Drink water half hour before bed
- Immediately drink water once you woke up
