In year 2005, besides from my weight problem ( I can't gain weight) My skin was terrible too.. In year 2005, my weight was 45kg but once I went to University in early year 2006, my weight drop to 36kg. I was known as a big eater. I can eat 5 plate of chicken rice without any problem. I can even eat one whole chicken. After 1 hour I will start to feel hungry. I went to a doctor and she told me there is nothing can be done. Hormonal problem, stress, you not eating in proper way, etc....

Thanks to someone, I started to eat vegetable (Ok I admit that I am picky eater. Serious picker. I don't fancy vegetable and I don't drink plain water). I was 36 kg until year 2008. I tried a lot of product from GNC, WATSON, WEIGHT GAINER, etc.. Does not help either. I even chowed more Protein shake, had supper and sleep after dinner. Everything did't works on me.
My weight was maintained in 36 kg until year 2009. In year 2009, my weight started to increased. I guess heart broken can increased weight. kekekekekekekeke.. Year 2010, my weight shoot up like a rocket. Within 3 month from 36 kg, shoooooooooooooooooottttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt up to 56 kg.. (Note: In 2010, I'm finally single. During the heart healing process, my weight increased 20 kg) Can you believe?
What makes me to loose weight?
When you so used to wear size xxxxs... and in 3 month you need to wear size M, it really hurts your feeling..So I start all sort of activities. Dance, Jogging, Pilates, Yoga, Bicycle, Hiking etc... (After all kind of activities, I look even bigger. I wore size 30 for my pants. Imagine from size 0 to 30.. I guess all the women out there will kill them self.. At that time I did not reduced my food intake and not eat properly. I started to work in physiotherapy center which required me to skip lunch.. For the whole year, when I was at that center, my weight maintained at 56 - 58 kg. I knew my failure to loose weight is because of lacked determination but I just too lazy. Imagine. I woke up at 5.30 am and back home late at night.
This was my diet plan which I straightly followed for 1 month.. And I managed to loose 6kg. I Started this regime in year 2012
1) Follow Japanese water diet plan
2) I just drink water whenever I feel hungry. No more snacks, chocolate
3) I ate almonds as my dinner
4) Heavy lunch consist of meat, and vegetable and rice
5) Exercise like crazy. I don't like to look bulky. So I stop carry weight. I ran for 1 hour, Plank for 5 minutes and half hour of yoga, kpoping for 1 hour everyday.

In year 2013, I put on weight again.. Hahahaha. You can see my body figure when I visited Korea. Reason for me to put on weight is simple. I started my Degree before the trip and was so busy. I'm not able to do any exercise. I only manage to do stretching but not everyday. I think as a women, once you reach certain age, your metabolic kind of slow down.
Now in year 2015. I started my regime back in End of April.. So its been a month now..
Well, after all the studies.. I start my regular regime back.. And now I'm weight 48 kg with better muscle mass. I know that I under weight. And I need to weight 55kg based on BMI.. But 55 I look really fat, because I has small frame.
Women out there.. I just want to quotes this. There is no ugly or fat women.. You just need to be hard working to look pretty and healthy..
